Our Safety Policy

Vecta Group is committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health of its employees, contractors, visitors, clients and others who are affected by the company's business activities in its offices and worksites.

Our aim is no total recordable injury to anyone.

In order to achieve our aim, the OHS system must be formal, transparent and inclusive; while being tailored to suit the company’s activities and comply with all laws, regulations, customer requirements and other requirements, as they relate to our business.

Health and safety is both an individual and shared responsibility of all personnel. We will make every reasonable effort to eliminate and reduce OHS risks. We engage all parties affected by our operations through open communication, consultation and active participation to achieve the aim of this policy and to ensure continuous improvement of our OHS system through a process of continual learning.

In pursuing the aim and commitments of this policy, we are effectively providing the framework for setting the company’s OHS objectives.

Our corporate management system VMS incorporates the OHS system which describes the means of implementing OHS throughout our organisation.

Our Quality Policy

Our corporate management system VMS, describes the means of ensuring that Quality is implemented throughout our organisation. VMS is a formal documented approach which is certified to ISO9001:2015.

VMS aims to provide a lean project delivery approach to achieve our goals and those of our interested parties primarily our Clients, but also, Potential Clients, Owners, Directors, Staff, Sub Consultants, Suppliers, Governments (local, state federal), Professional, Regulatory, Licensing and Certification Bodies and the wider Community.

In order to achieve our corporate quality goals, VMS needs, to be transparent and firm; but easily tailored, through a controlled process, to suit a client’s particular needs.

We engage all our employees to ensure continual improvement of our quality system and foster a relationship based on trust and honesty within the project team, the client and other interested parties. It is the responsibility of management and employees to implement this policy and the associated processes and procedures in accordance with their roles and responsibilities within the company.

Sustainability and The Environment

Vecta is committed to ensuring our work is performed in a sustainable way with minimum impact to the environment. Vecta’s team will identify potential environmental hazards as part of our standard practices and ensure they are managed appropriately.

We will always comply with and typically exceed environmental regulations and other standards and codes.
