Our working principals have many years of experience across a number of industry sectors. We have teamed up to respond to the market demand and provide added value at lower cost.

Phil has over 30 years of experience working across various industry sectors on greenfield and brownfield projects both nationally and internationally.
Phil has held senior positions on major projects and has lead 100+ strong teams for Tier 1 companies.

He has strong Project Management skills and has provided mentoring for project teams at various levels.

He has worked on numerous projects from concept stage to commissioning and has gained skills in project management, estimating, customer liaison, cost control and cost based risk assessment, scheduling, specification writing and procurement, resource management and supervision.

Phil has excellent staff and team management skills as well as strong stakeholder management. Phil is committed to delivering cost effective and lean solutions to customers.

Chris Alexiou - Director

Chris has over 35 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry in both upstream and downstream facilities, both onshore and offshore. Chris is also experienced in mineral processing and petrochemicals.

Chris initially worked for 5 years at a major Australian refinery, with 3 years as supervisor directly in charge of process units. His subsequent years were in the consulting industry as a process design engineer, study manager, business development and managing business units.

His experience has been gained working throughout mainland Australia and overseas: in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Germany.

Chris has experience in a range of areas, including feasibility and conceptual studies, front end and detail engineering, technology assessment, licensor selections, agreements & negotiations, economic evaluations, plant operations, validation & due diligence auditing, and business development & marketing and general management.

Tony has over 30 years’ asset management and construction delivery experience in the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure sectors both nationally and internationally.

Over the past 20 years Tony has held senior roles with one of Australasia’s largest engineering, construction and maintenance companies accountable for the delivery of Asset Management, Shutdowns & Turnarounds and Construction.

He has well - established customer networks and is fully conversant and experienced with the deliverables associated with Engineer Procure and Construct requirements from early contractor involvement, bid management, constructability reviews and delivery.

Tony has strong customer facing attributes underpinned by a track record in stakeholder management. Tony believes in always testing traditional contracting principles to at least get insight in what innovation is available to deliver cost effective and lean solutions to our Customers.
